FL Series Fluid-Bed Granulator

Introduction
Fluid bed granulator is mainly used for mixing, granulating, drying and coating of tablets, granules and capsules in pharmaceutical industry. It can also produce cocoa, coffee, milk and juice granules and condiment in food industry. Additionally, fluidized drying granulator is suitable for palletizing in pesticides, fertilizer, pigment, dyestuff as well as coating granules in chemical industry. Our fluid bed granulators are manufactured in accordance with JB20014-2004 Fluid-bed Granulator in Medicine.

Features
1. Mixing, granulating and drying can be completed in the same fluidized drying granulator.
2. It adopts double chamber filtering bags system to remove dust completely.
3. Fluid bed granulator uses multi-fluid nozzle, which guarantees that the formed granule is uniform.
4. It adopts pressure relief holes to ensure the safety of facility and staff in case of explosion.
5. Our fluidized drying granulators are designed and manufactured conforming to GMP standard.
6. The antistatic filter cloth is used to ensure the security of equipment operation. It is also easy to wash.
